Diamond is a very playful dog that I didn't intend to keep but she won over my heart and she is now part of the family.  She is submissive to the other dogs and people and when she was younger, I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to show her as she growled at people when they would approach her.  I must have been fairly tough on her about this and she turned into a wonderful show dog that is happy and confident in the ring.  It really surprised me.

She won Winners Bitch at the CDCA's first regional specialty hosted by the Midwest Canaan Dog Club on May 5, 2007 to finish her AKC Championship.  She was Best Female and Best Of Winners at the 2007 ICDCA National Specialty.
