American Kennel Club Champion, Canaan Dog Club Of America Register Of MeritCherrysh My Charming Delilah
Delilah is a very sweet girl and easily finished her championship before she turned two years old. Delilah has always been an interesting dog to live with. She is always going under or over anything that she decides is in her way. She will stay in her 6 foot high run if likes the males on either side of her. If not, then she will climb out to be next to the boys she likes. Her second litter sired by Barak has produced dogs that are in training for herding, agility, flyball, obedience. Her son Flynn - Cherrysh Fire and Rain owned by Lee Boyd, finished his AKC and UKC championships in the summer of 2004 and was ranked in the top ten in both registries for 2004. Flynn finished his UKC Grand Championship the weekend of the ICDCA specialty in May 2005. Flynn is only the third Canaan Dog to finish the Grand Champion Title. Another from that litter finished her championship going Best Of Breed in March 2005, Cherrysh Hearts On Fire HC. Delilah's third litter produced the CDCA 2004 Best In Sweepstakes dog, Cherrysh Wings Of Angel. Gabe was also Best Of Winners in the regular classes. Gabe was Best Male and Best Of Breed at the 2005 ICDCA National Specialty. Gabe finished his AKC Championship by winning the major and then going on the get Best Of Breed over two champions at the Oklahoma City shows in the summer of 2005. At ten years old, Delilah is still climbing out of the six foot fences.
