Flame is a very pretty dark red color. She looks very
much like her half sister, Grace. Flame has a wonderful outgoing
temperament and thinks everyone has 'cookies' for her. She finished her
AKC championship when she got her last major by going Best Of Breed at shows in
St. Louis with me handling her with a broken arm. She is currently training for agility and we
are having a blast. She is very fast and takes the obstacles at lightning
speed. Now I just have to figure out how to convince her that she should
take the obstacles, in the order, that I want her to do them! We had to
take time off agility training when I broke my arm but now we are back at it.
Flame finished her first level UKC agility
class by winning high scores the weekend of the ICDCA National Specialty in
Longmont, CO. She was first place twice with scores of 199.91, 200, 191
out of a possible 200. I was so thrilled as I really didn't know what she
would do since we hadn't been to agility classes since she had her puppies in
Dec. We also had not been able to practice much off leash work outside of
class.
Flame is currently working on her Rally
Advanced title but I haven't had much time this summer to work with her.
